Who employs the staff and pays them?

Our candidates are either contractors with ABN’s or employees of SSC Hospitality Staffing. A thorough background check is done so that we know the employees we send you, will fulfill your requirements. Our Agency Chefs, Wait Staff, Baristas and Housekeepers are paid at or above the Hospitality Industry Award.

How do we get started?

Call us 0466 442 664 or e-mail us at info@sschospitality.com.au. We can either meet you at your venue, or discuss a solution over the phone. An agreement is signed by both parties, and then we can send you the staff you need. This is an obligation free arrangement. You can call us for staff 5 times a week, or just once a year-only when you need us.

As an Agency Chef, Wait Staff etc. how often will I work?

This is the benefit of this line of work, you let us know when you are available, how far you are willing to travel and how much work you want and we will find the job that’s right for you. If you are already employed and can only work certain times-that is not a problem. Our on-line rostering system allows employees to update their availability as it changes.

How do I apply for a position?

Go to the Home Page and click on Join Our Team, fill out the form and we will be in touch to organise an interview. If we are not in touch straight away-be patient-we try and match our demand with our number of staff.
