*one  initial 2 hour visit-to speak individually with key staff members/owners, look at menus, figures, the kitchen, decor-everything!

*a 2nd 90 minute visit during a busy service period.

*a PDF one page summary-including 3-5 key recommendations, a forecast of where we believe the business is heading-good or bad!

*in addition- another  30 minute visit at any stage within 3 months of receiving the Summary -should you require it.
