Maroochy River Golf Club used SSC Hospitality to provide chefs for our kitchen during a restructure period. Jim provided quality chefs who were diligent and worked well with our existing team.
All the chefs supplied were very professional and met all our expectations, so much so, when I was looking to hire a new head chef, I recruited one of Jim’s chefs, a decision I have not regretted, that chef is still with us and has gone from strength to strength since joining us.
We are a 4.5 star resort on Sunshine Coast with an 18-hole championship golf course, day spa and gym facilities. Because of this, we demand a high level of customer satisfaction and a higher level of quality from our staff. We employed some of the SSC Hospitality staff over a very busy Christmas and New Year period. Consequently, the kitchen was under some pressure. It was peace of to know that I can count on the SSC Hospitality crew. I find James and all his staff to be very pleasant, prompt and well organised. James and all of his staff have a very good knowledge of food and food hygiene.In conclusion, I find that James and his staff meet all our exepctations and more.
We have been working with the team at SSC Hospitality in our kitchen regularly for the last 4 months. We find the chefs very competent, polite and able to fit into the team very well. They quickly pick up the menu too. SSC Hospitality Staff have been able to be left to run the kitchen when our head chef has had days off.
With out the help from Jim and his team this time would have been very trying. The team at SSC Hospitality allows us to continue business as normal whilst short of staff.
