To ensure the quality of our staff our interviewing process is thorough and tough. We interview each and every person on our books face to face, and only recruit staff we would be 100% happy to have working in our own venue. We find out about each candidate's future plans so we can make sure our placements are in line with their career goals. This way our employers are getting dedicated staff whose interests are in line with their business goals.

We have been using the team at SSC Hospitality in our kitchen regularly for the last 4 months. We have found the chefs very competent, polite and able to fit into the team very well. They have quickly picked up the menu and have been able to be left to run the kitchen when our head chef has had days off. We are a 4.5 star resort with an 18-hole championship golf course, day spa and gym facilities.
