SSC Hospitality supplies experienced, reference-checked chefs to venues across the Sunshine Coast, from a single shift to cover a sick call through to a full season. We were started in 2011 by chef Jim Rice, so the person taking your call understands what a kitchen needs when it is a chef down on a Friday night.

Short notice or long term
Book a chef for one shift, a week of leave cover, or an ongoing placement while you recruit. You deal with one local team, you get one invoice, and we handle payroll, super and insurance for every chef we send.
Our one-hour guarantee
If we send someone and you do not think they are suitable in the first hour, you can cancel the booking at no charge. In most cases we can have a replacement at your venue within two hours.
